Recreational Classes

At Aerial Addicts, our Recreational Aerial Program helps athletes build strength, confidence, and aerial skills in a fun and safe environment! With three levels to match every athlete’s experience, we focus on learning the right way—step by step—so they can fly high while staying safe.

Levels

  • Beginner (Level 1)

A welcoming introduction to aerial arts! Students will focus on foundational movements, strength-building, and flexibility while learning basic skills and safe techniques on silks, hoop, and hammock. Perfect for those new to aerial or looking to build more confidence in the air!

  • Intermediate (Level 2)

For students ready to take their skills to the next level! This tier introduces more complex sequences, transitions, and strength-based movements while reinforcing safety, technique, and endurance. Students must demonstrate proficiency in foundational skills before advancing.

  • Advanced (Level 3)

Designed for dedicated aerialists who love a challenge, and are looking to refine their technique, build fluidity, and master challenging tricks and sequences. With a strong focus on strength, artistry, and more dynamic movements, this tier starts to prepare students for future performance / competitive opportunities.
