Registration is completed online through our Parent Portal. Once registration is submitted and payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Classes are organized by age, experience, and program stream. Class descriptions will indicate the recommended age group and level.
Athletes with previous aerial experience may be asked to complete an assessment before registering for an experienced-level class.
If you are unsure where to begin, please contact us before registering.

Late registration may be available if space remains and the class is still accepting new students. Tuition may be adjusted based on the remaining weeks of the session.
Registration & Classes

Recreational session tuition is paid in full at registration.
Pre-Performance and Performance Team tuition is billed monthly according to the program’s payment schedule.

Eligible recreational families receive:
10% off for each additional athlete registered from the same household
10% off when an athlete registers for two or more eligible recreational classes
Where applicable, discounts are calculated automatically during registration.
Tuition & Payments

Students should wear leggings that cover the backs of the knees and a fitted athletic top or leotard.
Long hair must be securely tied back, and jewellery must be removed before class.
Students participate in bare feet unless otherwise instructed.

Students should bring a labelled water bottle.
Please leave valuables and unnecessary belongings at home.
Preparing for Class

Absences can be reported through the Parent Portal. Please report known absences as early as possible.

To help athletes remain focused and allow coaches to teach without distraction, regular class viewing is not available.
Families may be invited to designated showcases, performances, or viewing opportunities throughout the year.

Students should arrive approximately five minutes before class so they are ready to begin on time.
Because the warm-up is an important part of class safety, athletes arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be permitted to participate.
Attendance & Studio Procedures

Progression is based on skill readiness, strength, body awareness, safe technique, consistency, attendance, and coach recommendation.
Students do not automatically move levels based solely on age or the number of sessions completed.

Recreational students may be invited to participate in seasonal or year-end studio performances.
Performance dates, rehearsals, costume details, fees, and participation expectations will be shared separately.
